Mr. Samay Shams graduated from University of London with an L.L.B. (Hons), is a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Grays’ Inn, London, U.K and an advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. He is a specialist in IT & IT related sector, cybercrime, cybersecurity, e-commerce, m-commerce, banking and finance, insurance, customs, international logistics and freight forwarding, international law, intellectual property law, constitutional, corporate and commercial matters. He is also an experienced specialist in legal and policy advice corporate and commercial matters and has an extensive litigation experience before the Civil Courts, High Courts and Service Tribunals, Insurance Tribunals and Ombudsman etc. He regularly appears before the regulatory authorities such as the State Bank of Pakistan, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue and Customs etc. He is also an experienced specialist in appearance before investigation and intelligence agencies and law enforcement agencies of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
